House Rules

To ensure a safe, harmonious, and enjoyable community for everyone, please take a moment to review and follow our House Rules. These guidelines are here to protect our residents, guests, and facilities, and to help maintain the order and quality of life we all value.

General Conduct

  • Keep all areas clean and safe; dispose of trash properly.
  • No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or prohibited substances in common areas.
  • Wear appropriate attire and footwear in facilities.
  • Respect others: no loud noises, disruptive behavior, or rough play.
  • Pets are not allowed in restricted areas.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Swimming Pool

  • Open daily 8 AM–8 PM. No lifeguard on duty.
  • Shower before swimming; use proper swimwear.
  • No food, drinks, smoking, littering, or peeing in the pool.
  • No running, diving, shouting, or rough play.
  • Report hazards; CCTV in use.

Multipurpose Hall, Gym, Dance Studio

  • Warm up before activities; wear proper sports attire and shoes.
  • Check equipment before use; return it after use.
  • Sanitize and wipe down equipment; share during peak hours.
  • Keep floors clean; no bikes, scooters, or skateboards.
  • Maintain reasonable noise levels.

Dry Sauna & Massage Chair

  • Consult a doctor if pregnant, unwell, or with health concerns.
  • Follow maximum time limits; keep hydrated.
  • No food, alcohol, or electronics inside.
  • Only staff may adjust controls.
  • Children under 12 require supervision.

Residential Lounge

  • Residents are responsible for guests; follow guest limits.
  • Only sealed drinks or approved finger foods allowed.
  • No business meetings, loud noise, smoking, or vaping.
  • CLAYGO: Return furniture and keep the area tidy.

Playground

  • Adult supervision required for children under 12.
  • Use equipment properly; no running, pushing, or wet surfaces.
  • No bikes, scooters, or skateboards.
  • Wear proper footwear; keep area litter-free.

Sanctuary

  • Maintain peace and cleanliness; no playing, smoking, or vandalism.
  • Respect plants and greenery; proper attire required.
  • Report damages or concerns to management.

Emergency Evacuation Routes

Knowing where to go in an emergency can save lives. Please familiarize yourself with the designated evacuation routes and assembly areas in Pioneer Highlands South Condominium.

What to Do in Case of Emergency:

  • Stay Calm– Avoid panic and listen for announcements from security or management.
  • Follow Posted Evacuation Maps – Maps are displayed in hallways, near elevators, and stairwell entrances.
  • Use the Stairs, Not the Elevators – Elevators will automatically shut down during emergencies.
  • Proceed to the Nearest Exit – Follow illuminated exit signs and directional arrows.
  • Go to the Designated Assembly Area – Remain there until further instructions are given by authorities.
